We don't currently have a physical store, and our products are only available through our website.

Where are you based?

Billie & Byron is a small Australian-owned and operated business. Our office headquarters are in Sydney.

The product I wanted is out of stock. When will it be back?

If a product is marked as “out of stock” on the product page, you will have the option of entering your email if you would like to be notified when the item is back in stock.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer gift wrapping or personalised gift note services at this stage.

How do I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel an order and receive a refund, you may do so as long as the order has not yet been processed and shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@billieandbyron.com.

Shipping

When will my order be sent?

We endeavour to despatch orders within 1-2 business days. Express post orders get priority and will be shipped the same day if ordered before midday (AEST).

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a notification via email, which will include a tracking number and link where you will be able to track your order. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find your tracking email.
